Quick answerAn SS filter housing is a stainless-steel (SS 304 or 316) pressure vessel that holds one or many filter cartridges, for high flow, high temperature or chemically aggressive liquids. Filtsap builds single and multi-cartridge SS housings (10"–40") and UPVC CF/BF housings for water treatment plants. They have flanged or NPT/BSP connections and are rated to 90 °C.
Multi-cartridge (MCF) housings hold 3 to 50+ cartridges on a tube sheet, which allows flows from 5 to over 100 m³/hr. They are custom-made to your flow, pressure, micron and connection needs.
UPVC CF/BF housings are a corrosion-free, economical choice for water treatment plants up to 50 °C.
