RO Components & Spares
RO components are the parts of a reverse osmosis system that hold and connect the membranes: the RO membranes themselves, FRP membrane pressure vessels, and fittings such as adaptor kits, Victaulic couplings and thrust cones. Filtsap supplies 4" and 8" membranes and vessels for new plants and replacements.
Water Treatment Spares
Water treatment spares are the replaceable parts that keep WTPs, STPs and DM plants running: laterals and strainers, distribution and collection systems, multiport valves, diffusers and plant accessories. Filtsap stocks common spares and sources the rest to your drawing.
Pumps & Valves
Pumps move water through a treatment plant and valves control it. Filtsap supplies high-pressure RO pumps, centrifugal feed and transfer pumps, chemical dosing pumps, and butterfly, ball, diaphragm, non-return and control valves in PVC, CPVC, PP and SS.
Pressure Vessels & Accessories
FRP pressure vessels are corrosion-proof fibreglass tanks used as the shell of sand, carbon, iron-removal and softener filters. Filtsap supplies FRP pressure, filter and softener vessels from small domestic sizes to large industrial diameters, with top and bottom distributors and internals.

FAQs
How long do RO membranes last?
With good pre-treatment (5 µm cartridge, SDI below 3, no chlorine) and regular cleaning, industrial RO membranes typically last 2–5 years.
Do you supply replacement membranes for any brand of plant?
Yes. Standard 4" × 40" and 8" × 40" elements fit most industrial RO plants. Send your existing membrane model for an equivalent.
Can you supply spares for an old plant?
Yes. Share photos, sizes or the plant's drawing and we will match or source equivalent spares.
How do I choose a high-pressure pump for RO?
Size it to the RO feed flow (m³/hr) and the operating pressure the membrane projection needs: around 10–16 bar for brackish water and 55–70 bar for seawater.
What size FRP vessel do I need?
Size it by flow rate and filter type. For a pressure sand filter, allow about 10–15 m³/hr per m² of bed area. Send us your flow and we will size it.
