No two effluents are the same. A dye house, an electroplating line and a dairy need very different treatment, so we start from your effluent analysis (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, oil and grease, colour, heavy metals) and your consent conditions.
See how each stage works in our guide to the ETP and STP process.

FAQs
What do you need to design an ETP?
Your daily effluent flow (KLD), an effluent analysis (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, oil and grease), the discharge standard or consent conditions, and the space available.
Can treated effluent be reused?
Yes. After tertiary treatment, UF and RO can recover water for cooling or process use. For zero liquid discharge, the RO reject goes to an evaporator.
Do you upgrade existing ETPs?
Yes. We add stages, replace diffusers, dosing systems, filters and media, and add RO for reuse.
