Most industrial RO plants fail early for the same reasons: weak pre-treatment, no antiscalant, or a recovery set higher than the water allows. We size the plant from your raw water report first (TDS, hardness, silica, iron, SDI), then pick the membranes, recovery and pre-treatment around it.
Use the free RO plant calculator for a first estimate of membranes, pump and reject flow, then send us your water analysis for a checked design.

FAQs
What capacity RO plant do I need?
Divide your daily treated-water need by the hours the plant will run. For 20 m³ a day over 20 hours, you need a 1,000 LPH plant. Add 10–20 percent margin for membrane ageing.
What information do you need to quote an RO plant?
A raw water analysis (TDS, hardness, alkalinity, silica, iron, chloride), the treated water quantity per day, running hours, and what the water is used for.
Do you supply RO plant spares?
Yes. We supply RO membranes, pressure vessels, cartridge filters, high-pressure pumps, dosing pumps and instruments for plants of any make.
How often do RO membranes need replacing?
With good pre-treatment, typically every 3 to 5 years. Regular cleaning when flow drops 10–15 percent extends their life.
